Dario Argento’s 1973 Italian TV series Door Into Darkness is finally getting a stateside release later this month (February 26th), via NoShame. This 2-disc special edition is now instantly at the top of the to purchase list, and it should be on yours too!
February 26th also sees the re-release of Let Sleeping Corpses Lie, under it’s far more interesting title of The Living Dead At Manchester Morgue. Blue Underground, who recently re-released Anchor Bay’s one disc edition, are this time around giving the film a deluxe two-disc treatment, and rightly so for it’’s a true classic (you can read my review here).
Severin Films, who are fast becoming a favorite of mine, are releasing Enzo Milioni’s The Sister of Ursula on March 25th. This ultra sleazy Giallo stars Barbara Magnolfi (Suspiria) and Stefania D’Amario (Zombie), and looks to be another fine release from Severin.
Deimos Entertainment are releasing more Spanish classics… this time around is Leon Klimovsky’s The Dracula Saga (1972)…
…and one that I am particularly looking forward to seeing again… Blue Eyes of the Broken Doll (1973) starring Paul Naschy.
